Online registration for the Teatro Okolo Malohontu race will run from June 1st to September 11th, 2025. Registration will not be possible on race day. The participant limit is 150 riders. Payment instruction will be send to your email after registration – payment is only possible by bank transfer. Registration is completed only after entry fee is paid. In case rider will not participate on the event entry fee is not refundable neither transferred to the next year.

Entry fee
The amount of the entry fee depends on the date of crediting to the organizer’s account and has three levels:
Payment is possible by bank transfer only. Payment instruction will be sent to your email after registration. Registration is completed only after payment of the entry fee. In case a rider will not participate in the event, entry fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the next year.

– please prepare a refundable deposit of €20 for the chip, returning the chips will be possible at the presentation location after the finish
– it is necessary to prove identity and date of birth with some valid photo ID (e.g., ID card, national cycling union license, driving license …)
Main competition categories
Men:
– up to 34 years ( -1991)
– 35-49 years (1990-1976)
– 50-59 years (1975-1966)
– 60- more years (1965- )
Women:
– 18- more years (2007- )
Competitors younger than 18 years must have parental consent!!!
Special competitions
– the teams competition is for teams with 4 and more members, you are automatically entered into the competition if you have enough registered team members
– all team members must fill exact same team name and check “Teams” option in the team competition box in the registration form
– in the finish will be time of the first four riders from the same team added together, time will be rounded to the nearest second
– team with the lowest total time wins, in case of a tie decides place of the fourth rider in the finish
– the Heavyweight competition is for participants of all ages whose body weight is 100,0 kg or more on the day of the race
– you are NOT automatically entered into the competition, you have to sign up for it during the registration process
– competitors will undergo a weight check during race-day presentation, in case of conditions failure racer will only be classified within his age category

– absolute winner wins Challenge Trophy
– the first three competitors in each age category wins ceramic trophy and 1kg of honey from BeeLaboratory
– the first three teams in the SPORTFUL team competition will be awarded prizes from SPORTFUL, a diploma, and a bottle of sparkling wine
– the first three in Heavyweight competition wins diploma
Support vehicles
– only support cars of organizers will be permitted in the race convoy
– support car of competitors are not allowed in race convoy for safety reason

Rules and terms
– each rider and any person taking part in the race does so at their own risk and is fully liable for any claims or damages caused by them
– the organizer is not liable for damage caused to competitors or support, nor caused by them
– riders and support vehicles must respect the Traffic rules, instructions from the police and the organizers, the roads will not be fully closed for traffic, crossings will be provided by organizers and the police
– a protective helmet is mandatory for all competitors throughout the entire race
– competitors can attend the race only on the road bikes powered solely by human effort without support motors
– it is forbidden to throw away waste along the course, except Buffet, under penalty of disqualification!
– crossroads along the race route will be secured by police from the passage of the first racer until arrival of the last racer, but no longer than 30 minutes after the passage of the first racer; riders who are more than 10 minutes behind the front of the race are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all traffic rules
– the organizer reserves the right to make any changes to these regulations
Refreshment and lunch
– water and coke will be available at the finish line of the race
– in case of very hot weather, a refreshment point with water will be added in the village of Hrušovo
– after the race will be prepared tasty lunch for every competitor in restaurant Čierny orol, lunch ticket will be in your starting pack
